Refund Policy
At Debby Dachshunds, we are committed to ensuring that you are completely satisfied with your new Great Dane puppy. Our refund policy is designed to offer clarity and peace of mind in the event of any unforeseen circumstances. Please carefully review our policy below.
Eligibility for Refunds:
- A full refund will be provided if your puppy is diagnosed with a life-threatening genetic or congenital condition within 30 days of purchase, confirmed by a licensed veterinarian.
- A refund may also be issued if, within the first 30 days, your puppy is diagnosed with a contagious illness present at the time of sale.
Conditions for Refund:
- You must notify us immediately of any health concerns and provide a written report from a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of diagnosis.
- The puppy must be examined by a veterinarian within 72 hours of arrival for the refund policy to remain valid.
- The puppy must be returned to Debby Dachshunds in good condition (unless a serious illness is present), and the return will be at the buyer’s expense.
Non-Refundable Situations:
- Refunds are not provided for conditions resulting from neglect, improper care, injury, or accidents after the puppy is in your care.
- Preventable or treatable issues, such as parasites, minor infections, or common puppy ailments, are not covered under our refund policy.
Replacement Option:
- In place of a refund, we offer the option to receive a replacement puppy of equal value, subject to availability.
